We operate a strict norefunds policy.
No refunds once purchased
All payments for deposits, retainers, milestones, addons, thirdparty costs and completed work are final and nonrefundable once paid. This applies whether you cancel for convenience, change strategy, or decide not to proceed after work has started.
Deposits and retainers
Deposits secure production slots and are nonrefundable. Retainers are billed in advance and nonrefundable once the billing period begins.
Thirdparty costs
Costs such as domains, hosting, plugins, fonts, and ad spend are never refundable. Where practicable, accounts or licences will be transferred to you after payment.
Cancellation or pause
If you cancel or pause after work has started, you remain liable for completed work, booked time, and nonrecoverable costs.
Corrections
If deliverables do not meet the agreed brief, notify us within 5 working days. We will review and, where appropriate, make corrections. Corrections do not entitle you to a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and recovery action.
Consumer rights
Our services are primarily businesstobusiness. If you are a UK consumer, statutory rights may apply. If you request work to begin within the 14day coolingoff period, you acknowledge that once work begins you lose the right to cancel.
